I started Turbo Jam and got down to 140lbs but was unable to keep it off due to some very close family members passing away. April 2013 I started my Lifestyle Change and will never look back. I started at 220 and a year later I am at 140lbs. I have never felt so alive, fit and healthy. My family have been amazing thru this journey and I have helped so many people get started on their own path to health.
