Steak & Spinach Quesadilla Recipe
These were so simple to make and soooo good!
Ingredients:
Thin sliced steak like flank steak
Fajatia seasoning
One onion sliced
Two garlic cloves diced
Soft tortilla shells or crunchy tacos
Spinach
Swiss cheese or favorite cheese
Take your onion and garlic and cook on low heat with extra virgin Olive oil for roughly 5-10 minutes until translucent. Take the steak and slice thinly and add to the pan with the onions. Add one packet of fajita seasoning and cook. Roughly another 10 minutes. Then add to the pan roughly two cups of spinach. Cook for another five minutes.
Now take the tortilla or taco shell and add a little of the meat mixture and a slice of Swiss cheese or other favorite cheese. Fold in half and then put into a heated panini machine and cook until cheese is melted. If you don't have a panini you can take a regular pan and heat it that way.
Super simple and really good!
I had two with a combined calorie total of 475!!
