This would be a perfect side dish for all our upcoming BBQ's
In a bowl combine 4 whole cucumbers peeled and sliced (I just used 1 big seedless cucumber), 1 whole onion sliced. I had a little broccoli to use up so I added that as well.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the veggies. Refrigerate for at least and hour prior to serving.
1 cup sour cream
1/4 sugar
2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Enjoy!
