This is what I threw together for breakfast this morning. I know some see the word spinach and smoothie and thing that's gross but in all reality you don't even taste the spinach.
In a blender add:
6 ice cubes
6 oz milk
Greek yogurt and flavor ( I used strawberry)
1 banana
1 cup spinach
You can also add protein powder, flax seed and chia seeds.
Yum!!
