My kids wanted chocolate chips cookies tonight for snack and well I didn't want to make them so I found this recipe. It really isn't a healthy healthy snack but it beats giving the kids raw cookie dough from the store.
Ingredients:
1 stick butter melted
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour ( I used wheat)
2 tbsp milk
1 cup chocolate chips
With a mixer combine butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla and salt mix.
Add in flour, the mixture will become crumbly.
Add in the milk and mix. Now it will look like cookie dough.
Fold in chocolate chips
Store leftovers in the frig or freeze for up to 3 months.
