Post workout smoothie recipe

This is my go to after workout smoothie. Super simple and sooooo good!

In your ninja/blender add: 

6 ice cubes
1 banana
8-10oz of milk 
Scope of peanut butter

Blend and enjoy!

My husband likes a little bit more peanut butter and adds some chocolate chips.

This smoothie also makes a great breakfast or treat for the kids.
